Answers
Network Card:
A network card (also called a network adapter, network interface card, or NIC for short) acts as the interface between a computer and a network cable. The purpose of the network card is to prepare, send, and control data on the network.
Router:
A router is a switching device for networks, which is able to route network packets, based on their addresses, to other networks or devices. Among other things, they are used for Internet access, for coupling networks or for connecting branch offices to a central office via VPN (Virtual Private Network).
Conclusion:
Without a network adapter card, you cant access internet on Desktop PC. Either you need it externally or it should be integerated in the motherboard to access the Internet.
Without router, there will be no conversion of Internet into wireless secure packets, and without Wireless Packets, we cat access wireless internet.
Have a great day ahead. :)
