Srinivasa Ramanujan is one of the world's most noteworthy mathematicians ever. Moreover, this man, from an unfortunate Indian family, rose to noticeable quality in the field of science.

  • By 1904, Ramanujan's attention was on profound examination. Also, an examination occurred by him of the series (1/n). Also, computation occurred by him of Euler's steady to 15 decimal spots. This was his free revelation.
  • Ramanujan acquired a grant as a result of his extraordinary presentation in his investigations. Thusly, he was a splendid understudy at Kumbakonam's Government College. Also, his interest and energy for math continued to develop.
  • In the spring of 1913, there was the introduction of Ramanujan's work to British mathematicians by Narayana Iyer, Ramachandra Rao, and E. W. Middle East. A short time later, M.J.M Hill didn't proposed to take Ramanujan on as an understudy, rather, he gave proficient guidance to him
  • With the assistance of companions, Ramanujan sent letters to driving mathematicians at Cambridge University and was eventually chosen.
  • Ramanujan invested a huge energy time of five years at Cambridge. At Cambridge, cooperation occurred of Ramanujan with Hardy and Littlewood. Most critical, the distributing of his discoveries occurred there.
  • Ramanujan got the distinction of a Bachelor of Arts by Research degree in March 1916. This honor was because of his work on profoundly composite numbers, areas of the initial segment whose distribution had occurred the first year. Besides, the paper's size was more than fifty pages in length.

Answer:

Srinivasa Ramanujan was a great Indian mathematician (December 22, 1887 to April 26, 1920) who has made substantial contributions to the analytical theory of numbers and worked on infinite series, continued fractions and elliptic functions.

→ He lived during British rule in India. He was born in his grandmother's house in Erode, a small village which is about 400 km away from Madras. He entered primary school in Kumbakonam before entering the Town High School in Kumbakonam in January 1898.

→ He start working on his own on mathematics arithmetic series and summing geometric. In 1902 showed how to solve cubic equations.

→ Later he write down mathematics which contained theorems, formulae and short proofs since it provided the only model that he had of written mathematical arguments. It also contained an index to papers on pure mathematics which was published in the European Journals of Learned Societies during the first half of the 19th century. In 1904 he start doing the research on the series ∑(1/n) and calculated Euler's constant to 15 decimal places.

→ He worked out the Riemann series, the elliptic integrals, hypergeometric series, the functional equations of the zeta function, and his own theory of divergent series, in which he gave a technique that he invented that came to be called Ramanujan summation in which he found a value for the sum of such series using  this technique.
