Androcieum is the male reproductive part of a flower and gynocieum is the female reproductive part... The basic unit of Androcieum is stamen and that of gynocieum is carpel/pistil ...This is the basic difference

Andorecium is the male reproductive part of a flowering plant. Andorecium is divided into following parts:

The basic unit of andorecium is stamen which is further divided into two parts:

- Anther – it is the region of a stamen which produces pollen grains

- Filament- it is the  long stalk of a stamen

Gynoecium is the female reproductive part of a flowering plant. It is comprised of 3 parts:

- Stigma- it is the region when pollen grains land

- Style – it is a long stalk attached to stigma delivers pollen grains to the ovary

- Ovary- it is the region when zygote formation takes place after fertilization.
