Around the world in eighty daysis a book written by Jules Verne.It was published in 1873.The story begins on 2nd October 1872 in England.the main character of the story is Phileas fogg and he has a French man servant whose name is Jean Passepartout.One day there was a robbery of 55,000 pounds in the bank of england.When Fogg was at the reform club he started arguing with his clubmates that a thief could go around the world in just eighty days.He made a bet of 22,000 pounds.Then he went around the world to prove that he could travel around the world in just 80 days.
