THE PARLIAMENT, consisting of representatives of the people makes law.These laws are according to needs and views of people.learned lawyer and judge can make laws legally but not for the welfare of the people.. so, they can't make law

Prime minister and his cabinet should get their decision and action approved by the parliament because the prime minister is the presidenting and actual head of government and head of the executive branch.....
