about three fourth surface of the earth is covered with water.then ,why is there scarcity of water?

There is no scarcity of water .There is scarcity of fresh water.Developing countries are not able to provide their people with freshwater and that's we say theres'a scarcity of fresh water

Out of that 3/4th only .1%of water is fresh water that can be used by the living organisms.....N now due to immense pollution the water is also getting polluted thus decreasing the level of fresh water further

because , plants and tree were cutting over large amount . and that is the reason for scarcity , bt in future there will no water on earth. so save the water . THANKYOU
