In practical purpose, absolute zero is unachievable, though very recently, people have reached only sub-nano kelvin range. In fact, theoreticallly it is expected that at absolute zero, system or molecules or atoms will cease to have any type of motion and remain motionless. Hence, temperature below absolute zero is practically unachievable.
