Materials
2 stones of different weights, 2 transparent glasses, thread, bicycle spoke or a stiff wire, water, salt and sugar.
Procedure
1. Take two stones of different weights and attach them with bicycle spoke with the help of thread.
2. Take 2 glasses filled with water.
3. Balanced the stones in the air as shown in the picture.
4. Put them in glasses filled with tap water.
5. Repeat the above steps for salt and sugar dissolved in water.
6. Record the observations in a tabular form under the headings of Tap water, Salt solution and Sugar solution.
