$answer \\ \\ \frac{bc}{ac} = \sin30 \\ \\ \frac{bc}{12} = \frac{1}{2} \\ bc = 6 \\ \\ now.... \\ \ \frac{bc}{ab} = tan30 \\ \\ \frac{6}{ab} = \frac{1}{ \sqrt{3} } \\ ab = 6 \sqrt{3}$
