1. u = 5 m/s

a = 2 m/s²

t = 5 s

2. v = u + at

= 5 + 2 × 5

= 15m/s

= 15 × 18 / 5

[ m/s × 18 / 5 → km/hr]

= 6 km/hr

Given:

  • Initial speed, u = 5 m/s
  • Acceleration, a = 2 m/s²

To Find:

  • Final velocity of the car after 5 seconds in km/hr.

Solution:

To find velocity of the car after 5 seconds in km/hr = ?

We know that,

V = u + at

→ V = 5 + 2×5

→ V = 2 + 10

→ V = 15 m/s

Convert m/s into km/hr.

→ 15 × 5/18

→ 4.16 km/hr.

Therefore,

Final velocity of the car after 5 seconds is 4.16 km/hr.
