Given: AC = AE , AB = AD , ∠BAD = ∠EAC
To prove: BC = DE
Proof:
In ΔABC and ΔADE
∠BAD = ∠EAC
AB = AD
AC = AE
∴ ΔABC ≅ ΔADE (by S.A.S side angle side)
Thus, BC = DE (corresponding parts of congruent triangles are equal)
Hence proved.//
