Consider ΔABC,

Area of the the triangle = 1/2×AC×BE = 45cm²

                                     AC = 45×2/6 = 15cm

Area of triangle ACD = √s(s-a)(s-b)(s-c) = √21(6)(8)(7)

     = √7×3×3×2×2×2×2×7 = 7×3×2×2 = 42cm²

Area of quadrilateral ABCD = 42+45 = 97cm²
