These and Those are demonstrative pronouns used for plurals.

These is used to depict *things* which are close to us.
Eg:- These are my storybooks.

Those is used to depict things that are far from us.
Eg:- Those are Sita's pencils.

Eg - These are my toys .
It is also used in place of ' nowadays '.
Eg - It is very hot these days.
' Those ' is used for the things which are farther from us.
Eg -Those boys are not good.
It is also used to describe the passed days.
Eg- Those days were so pleasant .
