                                                                   1 H = 3600 SEC

THEREFORE , 1 SEC = 1/3600

                            = 30*  10⁻³ KM/(1/3600 H )²

                            = 30 * 10⁻³*3600*3600 KM/H²

                            = 3*36*3600

                            = 388000  KM/H²

ALTERNATIVE METHOD

I KM/H²= 0.000077 M/S²

 X        = 30 M/S²

X = 30/0.000077

X ≈ 388000 KM /H².
