Given : u = 0

a = 5m/s^2

To find velocity,

a = 5 m/ s^2

dv / dt = 5. { Since, a = dv / dt }

dv = 5dt

Now, taking integration on both sides,

We will get it as,

v = 5 t ......... ( 1)

Hence velocity at any instant , t is 5t.

Given , t = 3 s

Putting value of t in eq. ( 1 )

v = 5 × 3 = 15 m/s

Alternative method to find velocity,

We know,

v = u + at

Just putting all values in it ,

V = 0 + (5 ) ( 3 ). =. 15 m/ s

Hence, velocity after 3 seconds is 15 m/s.
