Individual differences from each other is universal fact that can neither be denied or avoided easily. Both inherited factors ( got from mother/father) and external factor are responsible in development of an individual. Thus it is very important for the leaders or managers or the persons in authority to understand the individual differences and also to integrate to individual and the organization, to provide a better working environment that gives employment satisfaction to their employees as well as help them in achieving all the organizational goals. The individuals differs from each other in terms of values, personality and attitudes. Thus the individual differences create diversity at workforce and and thus helps in creating the productive environment. Thus we conclude that all the managers need to balance between needs and expectations to achieve success.
