accidents due to electricity is mainly electric shock and sometimes death,paralysis  fire etc. it can be avoided by different methods and precautions.1.dont touch the electric gadgetswitches with wet hands.2.use it carefully 3.use rubber chappels while operating it.4.donot overload the plugpoints.accidents due to LPGis fire.to a avoid that use good regulators.avoid gas leakage.

1)most accidents are caused from gas leaking
2)by forgetting to put off the gas valve.
3)on leaking by hole or damaged gas  valve.
precautions 
 1) always be careful not to use wet hands and not to let children on any switches around the house or pull a plug
2)if LPG leaks catches fire on the tube try to put it off with a  wet piece of cloth
3)on getting electric  shocks try to pull your hand as quickly as possible.
4)if a person is getting electrocuted try to break the connection between the person and the electric medium by a wooden metrial.
5)always be cautious on using LPG or electric materials.
