Dear Diary:
Recently, I got a chance to visit a bank with my parents to get a new debit card issued. It was a Monday morning; there was a lot of rush in the bank. Long queues of people stood at various counters waiting for their turn. The longest queue was at the cashier counter. People were filling various forms as per their requirements. The manger’s counter was also busy. People were meeting him regarding loan availability. My mother also went to the debit card counter and collected her new card which she had applied a few days ago. The debit card officer helped my mother activate the card by using his computer. I was happy to visit the bank and was impressed to see people’s work getting done at faster pace.
