Accord to newtons third law every actio has a reaction .but when we hit muddy water towards the walls it didn't gives any reaction. why?

you are right but when muddy water is hit on the wall they become dirty . hit a muddy water is action and wall gets dirty it's reaction. hope you like I am new in this
