according to 10%law only 10%i energy is transferred into each triphic level but in this diagram plants gets only 1% energy from sun ? How Why QQQ

plants only get 1% of energy of sun....even our own earth receives very less amount of energy which is produced by sun..... the total energy of sun reached to earth surface is very very less ......all the other trophic level gets 10% energy of its previous organism.....
the 10% law us not applicable in the case of transfer of sun's energy to plant...
