According to a step of writing of chemical formulae of molecular compounds :
the element has less electronegativity is written on left hand side and has higher electronegativity is written on right hand side.

But, in the formulae of ammonium which is (NH3) why nitrogen is written on left hand side still it has higher electronegativity than hydrogen.
