According to article 22 of the constitution what are the fundamental rights to every arrested person?

1)Right to be informed at the time of arrest of the offence for which the person id being arrested.

(2)Right to be presented before the the court within 24 hours of arrest .

(3)Right not to be ill treated or tortured during custody or arrest.

(4)Confessions made in police custody cannot be used  as evidence aginst the accused.

2 . you should be presented in front of magistrate within 24 hours.

3 . the right to be not ill treated.

4 . the confession made in police custody should not be used as evidence.

5 . a person under 15 years of age cannot be called for police questioning.
