According to Azim Premji, the child explores the world curiously without any fear. The adults possessed by the fear of failure and prejudice do not truly explore the world like children.

A child does an action which she thinks to be right and meaningful. The adults always perform duties foreseeing rewards and recognition. Therefore, if an adult stops moulding the children and starts learning together, one can discover the true potential of the society.
