Boyle's law states that " The volume of a given mass of a gas is inversely proportional to the pressure at constant temperature ".

Observe the graph carefully. Volume is decreasing as pressure increases because these two are inversely proportional to each other. If volume is more, pressure will be less. If pressure is more, volume will be less.
