according to chemistry atom-proton neutron and electron, are the smallest but according to biology cell is the smallest unit.. my question is that whether cell is made of atoms or atoms are made of cell.. plz answer very furious to know

Cell is made up of atoms because according to Delton theory atom is the smallest unit
