According to Euclid "Whole is greater than the part."
eg. (-2)+(-2)=-4
Here -4 is whole and -2 and -2 are parts of whole but -2 is greater than the part. How is this Possible?

-2 is not greater than the part as - 2 and part are equal (part = -2)
the whole 4 is only greater as per Euclid.
