According to freud's theories, we are driven to action by the internal forces of the "ID" and constrained by the external forces of the "EGO", while the "SUPER EGO" represents the individual's conscious choices of conformity and nonconformity with social standards in meeting one's biogenic needs.

  • Basically, ID is the pre-mature or ill-built component of the body's mind, this comes with instinctual desires given by a energy formed inside our bodies as LIBIDO.

Forcing our minds to confirm and enjoy the pleasures without any morality or any primary consequences which comes up with a price tag.

  • Ego is another component and as per Freud's explanation it's a thinking with rationality in different provided aspects to the individual and functioning on a popular well known reality principle.

Ego is developed by a mere age of 6 years!!!  Now imagine talking to a 6 year old child and requesting something, things go real hard!

  • Super ego is developed during a start of teenage that is , 12 years. It forcibly and quite formidably rejects every different pleasures offered to it. Taking it simple, it works with the values of the society.

Representing a strict and stringent respect and value for law and order, morality and mutual respect, sometimes causing guilt if the basic standards are not met!

Hope this helps you and solves the doubts for these three components in science's welfare!!!!!
