Satyagraha requires determination and will power. Satyagraha itself means peaceful movement against injustice.

Weak people can neither physically sustain with Satyagraha nor can mentally accept getting beaten without attacking. Satyagraha promotes defemce, not offence and only strong willed people understand the true concept of satyagraha. Only strong willed and determined people can carry out a satyagraha, like Mahatma Gandhiji.

Hope this helps!

Explanation:

Satyagraha is the weapon of the strong, one who is capable of self- suffering can use it. That strength can come only by following the path of truth with non-violence as is emphasized in satyagraha. 'He who has not overcome all fear cannot practice ahimsa to perfection.
