According to Gauss law, electric flux is the ratio of net charge enclosed by Gaussian surface to permittivity of medium.
e.g., \Phi=\frac{Q_{net}}{\epsilon_0}

well, general definition of electric flux is dot product of electric field vector and area vector.
e.g., \Phi=\vec{E}.\vec{A}

so, you can also write Gaussian electric flux ,
\Phi=\vec{E}.\vec{A}=\frac{Q_{net}}{\epsilon_0}
