Hi friend,

The majority of households in urban as well as rural areas migrate because of employment opportunities, according to a new government survey.
The survey, conducted between July, 2007 and June, 2008 and covering a sample of over 5.72 lakh people, also indicated that the magnitude of male migration was far lower than female migration in both rural as well as urban areas.

HOPE THIS HELPS YOU:-))
