Answer:

According to Mandela , every man has twin obligations first, towards his family, friends and himself and second , towards his society, community and country. yes, I am agree with Mandela's twin obligations because in this world of responsibility every man has to take some duties or obligations for which he some time has to sacrifice his own rights or to fight for his country's people. In a civil and humane society, each man is able to fulfill those obligations according to his own inclinations and abilities. But in country like south Africa, it was almost impossible for a man who are black to fulfill those obligations.
