according to newton first law of motion, a body at rest will remain at rest until an external force change its state of rest? then which force is applied on us so we are in motion and can do each and everything?? please replay

the brain sends a message to (For example) hand,the muscles near the part of motion ,contracts and relaxes.Thus make the hand move up and down
