according to Newton law of gravitation the apple and the earth experience equal and opposite forces due to gravitation however it is the Apple which poles towards the earth and not vice versa why

It is the gravitational force of the earth which pulls the apple towards itself and not vice versa. The size and mass of the earth is much more than that of the apple and hence the apple (and any other thing) is pulled towards the earth.
