According to Newton's first law a body in its uniform state of motion will continue in the same state forever however it is observed moving body is always stop. ... According to 1st law , a body continues to be in its state of rest or uniform motion untill an external unbalanced force is applied on it....

We all know that the Earth has friction. Friction is a force that resistit motion when two surfaces come in contact with each other. So on Earth obviously due to this every object which is moving come to rest. But assume somewhere where there is no or negligible friction, for example take space. There the earth have been revolving around the sun of years and yet it has not stopped. Newton's first law states that " An object in rest remains in rest and an object in motion continues to be in motion unless and until there is no external force applied. So we have to keep in mind that it holds true only if there is no external force applied

Newton's Second Law of Motion
Newton's Second Law of Motion states that the rate of change of momentum of a body is proportional to the force applied in the direction (F = ma)
Newton's Third Law of Motion
Newton's third law of motion states that Every action have equal and opposite reaction and they act on two different bodies
