According to Newton's Law of gravitation, the apple and the earth experience equal and opposite forces but apple falls towards the earth and not vice-versa. Why?

according to Newton's law of gravitation.
every object attract another object with a force proportional to the product of their masses and inversely proportional to square of distance between them.
F= GMm/ r^2 where,G is gravitational constant.
The law states the principle of attraction but not of Repulsion that's why the apple falls on ground and doesn't go up.

here, we know,
f=ma

Apple's mass is lesser lesser than earth .
so, "f" for apple is negligible.

for this, it never be vice-versa.
