According to Newton's third law each team full say the opposite team with equal force in tug of war why then one team is win and other loses??????​

When a team pulls the rope, the rope pulls the team. This was Newton's third law. When both teams pull in opposite directions, they often don't exert equal forces; the stronger team exerts a larger force. So the two forces don't balance each other and the rope accelerates towards the stronger team.
