Hey mate your answers are here.
THIS IS BECAUSE OF THE DIFFERENCE OF MASS OF THE BOTH. THE MASS OF BALL IS LESS THAN OF EARTH. SO WE CAN SEE THE ATTRACTION OF BALL BUT CAN'T SEE ATTRACTION OF EARTH.
Hope it helps you

HOLA!!
________
》HERE YOUR ANSWER IS
We know F = -F
by Newton's third of motion
For every action there is an equal and opposite reaction.
The motion of ball exerts a force on earth because the mass of ball is less.
We know that mass is inversely proportional to acceleration.
The mass of the ball is comparatively less than the mass of the earth.
So , the acceleration of the ball is noticed while the earth is not (since earth mass is large while comparing.)
