According to Newton's third law of motion
"Every action has an equal and opposite reaction"
Does it mean that the body is always balance ?
Since the net force becomes 0

If so then why does it cause movement since movement requires an unbalanced force ?

Answer:

Newton's third law of motion states that every action has an equal and opposite reaction. This means that forces always act in pairs. Action and reaction forces are equal and opposite, but they are not balanced forces because they act on different objects so they don't cancel out

Explanation:

the force action and reaction acts on different bodies the action and reaction forces are equal in magnitude and opposite in directions therefore their sum is zero they act on different bodies
