Answer:

According to Newton's third law, “every action has an equal and opposite reaction”. This law can be applied anywhere at any time within this Universe.

If we throw a stone upward we give some force to the stone upward direction, this force exerts an equal and opposite force towards downward direction. But this force is very less . So we could not feel this motion with our sense organs.

For example If we take 1kg mass and throw them with a force of 100 Newton, it will get acceleration ,100 m/sec^2 towards upward direction.

The same 100 Newton force is exerted in the opposite direction. So we will move along with the earth in the opposite direction . The mass of the earth is 5.972 × 10^24 kg.

Force applied on us by the stone = Force we applied on the stone

Mass of earth × Acceleration of earth = mass of stone × acceleration of stone
