according to science, an object melts when it is heated,and gets to solid when it is cooled, then why does egg becomes solid when it is heated??

When you heat a protein, the molecule starts vibrating until these hydrogen bonds can no longer hold it in shape and—sproing! —it denatures. The proteins in egg whites, when they change to a different shape, become tangled up with each other, forming asolid rather than a liquid.
