Sonam Wangchuk (born 1 September 1966) is an Indian engineer, innovator and education reformist.[4][5][6][7][8][9] He is the founding-director of the Students' Educational and Cultural Movement of Ladakh (SECMOL), which was founded in 1988 by a group of students who had been in his own words, the 'victims' of an alien education system foisted on Ladakh.[10][11] He is also known for designing the SECMOL campus that runs on solar energy and uses no fossil fuels for cooking, lighting or heating.[12][13][14]

By the given statement I understand that according to Sonam Wangchuk the world needs universities that provide students the knowledge to solve real life problems rather than only teaching them the bookish things and making them pass their exams. The universities should teach the students practically and actually make them do the things related to their subjects respectively in order to provide them with a better concept about the topics.

Yes, it is possible but only if people are determined and patient enough to teach the students more passionately and enthusiastically.
