According to the election commission of India the number of eligible voters (that is the number of citizen who are at least 18 years old and are resident in the constituency that they can vote, and have an identification card) in April 2019 is between 900 million and 910 million.

This number has increased by 84.3 million from the previous general elections. Identification card for the voters could be that given by the election commission or other cards like adhar etc.
