Fats, oils and sweets should make up the least part of your diet.
Fats build up your cholesterol which can be dangerous as it layers around the heart and lungs causing heart attacks and lung damage. Kidneys also get affected. Oils have the same effect on the body as oils are liquid fats.
As far as sweets are concerned, they instantly rise blood level in the body and then rapidly fall down causing fatigue which can be harmful. Excessive intake of sweets also causes diabetes which can be made better but not treated completely.
