Article 24 of the constitution prohibits the employment of children below the age of 14 years in any factory ,mine or other hazardous activities like construction work or railway but it does not prohibit any harmless work this provides for the rules for prohibition and regulations of child labor in the country

Article 24 - The right of Child

✒Children shall have the right to such protection and care as is necessary for their well-being. They may express their views freely. Such views shall be taken into consideration on matters which concern them in accordance with their age and maturity.
