yes,I am not agreeing just because of ,its approvment by NSF but sleep is really very important for good health as one can focus on matter he is going through only when he is in peaceful mind with neutral thoughts where sleep plays crucial move in deciding person's mental strength sometimes.Many people are sufferibg from sleeplessness because of addiction to gadgets,depression,unnecessary thoughts etc..which is damaging one's health
