Hi friend!

Answer:

As we can clearly observe, Germany generates 17.4% of its electricity from renewables, which is more than the 13.7% of France.

But since nuclear energy is mentioned separately, the keen ones amongst is will ask, "Why not include that in renewables?" and "France should generate more renewable energy, right?"

Well, that's not the case. Alright, I believe that nuclear energy is renewable. But although it is renewable, the items used to produce nuclear energy are not renewable.
Since the items are limited, the nuclear energy generation also gets limited. So we don't include that when counting/comparing renewable energy generation of these two countries here.

So here, since Germany generates more of its electricity from renewables than France, the answer for the question is Germany.

\bold{A)} \: \huge{\red{Germany}} \\ \bold{uses \: the \: most \: renewable \: energy.}

Hope you found my answer helpful. Keep Smiling!
