Answer:

In the poem "Blessed is the man" by Marianne Moore,  a carefree man who is having a healthy body with good peace of mind is called a blessed man.

The central theme of the poem is that nobody is perfect and everyone has their own flaws. We need to accept the flaws as such and try to work accordingly to improve ourselves and help each other to be better. This makes us to be blessed.

A person is considered to be blessed, if the particular person walks away from the path of sin and has never committed anything bad and trusts in God for everything.

Most importantly according the poet, a person is considered to be more blessed only when he never judges a person who has committed a sin and believes that through the grace and mercy of god all the sins of others would be removed.

In this way, the poet tries to convey the meaning of a blessed man through his poem.
