According to the prophet, what attitude should parents have towards their children ?

From the time birth of the child until he is grownup enough establish them to shared life with others. Procedure for upbringing:
1.) Childhood, from birth until the age of seven, is the time when the child is not well prepared for unsupported life and needs help of the guardians.
2.) From the age of seven is the span of life when the intellect is developing an grow gradually, for intellectual activities.
This is the stage when the child can learn and be instructed.In the beginning, instruction has to be without commands and mental stress.
Rather, the child should be made familiar with good manners imparted by the seniors and is instructed by the people surrounding him for his learning about life.
The moral foundation of his character is laid and good memories and proper treatment become printed in his mind.
3)In the second phase, the child should not be kept free of control but he should be guided by proper disciplined mannerism to behave with other.
Unfortunately, children do not get proper training.
Guardians are found to become confused about the time of when training will start.
