according to the will of people of Karnataka is it fair and just enough to form a hook and crook government by Congress+ JDS... even when BJP is the single largest party that represents the mood of the state.....

Congress has not been at the government so they want to form a hook and crook government with JDS. There are other political reason behind this occurrence which we don't know.
