no this is not the answer .in a democratic country education is provided according to the student and one have to take a prior permission to broadcast a news

education is not give n in only one laguage that the majority of the people speak
it is given in more than one language
like in english,hindi,punjabi
and yes the government can forbid a new s to be broadcasted if the broadcaster had not taken a prior permission or the news is not so well to be broadcasted
